This website is operated by Northern Eagle Exports Inc., Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. These terms explain use of the website and how enquiries relate to a vehicle transaction.

Information and enquiries

Website information is general and may change. An enquiry is not an order, reservation or binding commitment to buy or supply a vehicle. Availability, suitability and destination eligibility must be confirmed for the specific vehicle.

Written transaction terms

Before a transaction proceeds, the parties must agree in writing on the vehicle, scope of services, costs and currency, payment terms, delivery arrangements, responsibilities and any applicable cancellation, refund or warranty terms. Those transaction terms govern the purchase and export services; this website does not replace them.

Vehicle checks

Our process includes a full history report, title and recall checks, and an inspection before purchase. Reports and inspections have limits: they may not reveal every past event or hidden issue, and a recall check is not confirmation that a recall repair has been completed. Relevant findings and documents form part of the vehicle review. These checks do not create a separate guarantee or warranty.

Export and delivery

Import eligibility, duties, taxes, registration and compliance requirements vary by destination. We will confirm the scope of our work and the buyer’s responsibilities in the written agreement. Delivery timing depends on carrier schedules, customs and other conditions; estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Use of this website

Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, send harmful material or interfere with its operation. Do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through the enquiry form. External links are provided for convenience; their operators are responsible for their content.

Content and brand references

Website text and design may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law. Vehicle brand names belong to their respective owners. References to Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi describe vehicles of interest, not an affiliation or endorsement.

Applicable law and your rights

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute forum or additional transaction conditions should be addressed in the written agreement.
