Privacy Policy

Northern Eagle Exports Inc., Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, is responsible for the personal information it handles. Daniel Vidojevic, Director, is the contact for privacy questions and requests.

What we collect and why

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, buyer type, email, phone number, destination country, vehicle requirements, budget and message. We use it to respond, assess your request and arrange services you ask for. We will explain any additional information needed for a transaction before collecting it. Please do not send identity documents or payment details through the enquiry form.

Your choices and consent

Providing an enquiry is voluntary. Phone and message fields are optional. Our form asks for your consent to use your details for your enquiry. We do not use that consent to enrol you in marketing. You can withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits; this may affect services that require the information.

How the website and email work

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. Form entries are not sent to us until you send that email. The website code does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs for delivery and security. Our business email uses Google Workspace. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access.

Sharing and protection

We limit disclosure to what is necessary for the purposes explained to you. Where needed for requested services, this may include inspection providers, carriers, customs service providers and relevant authorities. We explain additional disclosures and obtain consent where required, or disclose information where law permits or requires it. We do not sell your personal information. We use safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity and limit access to those who need it, including appropriate arrangements with service providers.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, transaction records and applicable legal obligations. We then securely delete it or make it anonymous. You may ask about the retention of your records.

Access, corrections and concerns

You may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent or raise a concern. We may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law, normally 30 days for a PIPEDA access request, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions. Changes

We will update this policy and its effective date when our practices change, and obtain fresh consent where required. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.
